What does Fresh mean?

Fresh is our pizza delivered to you ready to eat, straight out of our oven to you.

Where is Pizza Presto?

We are located at 8 Commerce St, Auckland CBD, Auckland 1010 in Archilles House.

What size pizza’s do you have?

8-inch round pizza ideal for 1 person available from 10am – 2pm, instore purchase only

12-inch round pizza, cut into 6 slices and good for 1-2 people - Order for delivery or pickup

Half metre pizza, cut into 10 slices, 3 people can have 3 slices and one lucky person gets 4 slices - Order for delivery or pickup

If doing a large catering order, I would recommend 3 slices per person for a meal and for after work drinks 1-2 slices per person. We are happy to help you if you need any help, you can call us on 093023333.

Where do you deliver?

Currently we deliver to Auckland Central Business district and suburbs that touch its boundaries.  These include, Freemans Bay, Ponsonby, Newton, Grafton, Eden Terrace, Sandringham, Kingsland, Balmoral, Western Springs, Westmere, Grey Lynn, Morningside, Parnell, Orakei, Remuera, Mt Eden, Point Chevalier, Mt Albert, St Heliers, Mission Bay and we venture over the bridge to Northcote Point, Hillcrest, Birkenhead, and Takapuna.

All our pizza is delivered in insulated bags or covered in insulated cloths for our large orders, this enables us to deliver far and wide, just ask the guys at the Hive, Smales Farm or the guys in Kumeu.  If you have an order that is outside of our normal delivery area, get in touch 09 302 3333, it might just be possible to make a delivery to you.

Delivering on Time

We always do our best to get your order to you at the time you have requested. However, please note that the delivery times and pick up times provided are estimates only especially when ordering online. We cannot guarantee delivery or pick up times as delays may be experienced.

How far ahead do I have to order?

For orders that are less than 5 metres of pizza we aim to deliver in 30 minutes, busy times our aim is 45 minutes and when it goes crazy 55 minutes.  For Larger orders it’s always nice to have the order the day before but we can handle most things if we get a couple of hours’ notice.  The only thing we rush is the delivery.

Is there a cost for delivery?

Yes, each delivery order has a minimum delivery fee of $8 including GST.  We have tried to keep this as low as possible and if you compare us to other delivery services you will see that this is comparable if not less.

Can I change my order after it’s been placed?

Yes, if you contact us on 09 302 3333 a few hours before your order is due for delivery.  Every morning we call or text before 11am to confirm deliveries and changes can also be made then.

Do you make metre long pizza? 

We used to but our customers have told us that the half metre format suits their needs better. We heard them and listened. Our half metre pizza is cut into 10 slices and 2 of these make a metre of pizza.

Do make any other sized pizza?

We make a 12-inch standard size pizza perfect which we cut into 4 slices, priced from $15.00

Do you have gluten free or gluten friendly pizza?

We have a 12 inch gluten free base available and can make pizza using this.  All of pizzas are prepared in the same kitchen and cooked in the same oven.  If you are in doubt call our staff on 09 302 3333 to have any questions answered about our pizza.

I have food allergies, what can I eat on your menu?

We know that everyone is different, if you have food allergies please call us 09 302 3333 and we can discuss in depth the ingredients that we use to make our pizza.

What is Frozen?

We made a range of 12-inch frozen pizzas that are available for you to have in your

freezer at home or on Holiday. They are restaurant quality pizzas that when cooked

from frozen are nearly as good as our fresh range.

Delivering on Time

Our Frozen product is delivered in a temperature-controlled vehicle, and we have set aside delivery days for specific areas inside and outside of Auckland. Please get in touch to discuss delivery on 09 302 3333.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes you can pick up your order 48 hours after you have ordered. If you need them sooner, please call us on 09 302 3333.

Where is Pizza Presto?

Can I cancel my order?

Call on 093023333 to cancel your order as soon as you know you need to make a cancelation.

Can I make changes to my order?

We cannot make changes to any of the pizzas in our Frozen Range, but we can swap out pizzas for other flavours. Get in touch by email frozen@pizzapresto.co.nz or call us on 09 302 3333.

Will I get a refund?

We may be able to do a refund if the order has NOT been dispatched. If your order has been dispatched and cancelled due to change of mind, placed incorrectly (e.g. wrong location chosen, or wrong time/date), we may not be able to give you a full refund.

Any product that is received incorrectly or not in good condition we will consider a refund. This will be done on a case-by-case basis and it is best to make contact via email frozen@pizzapresto.co.nz with pictures of your items that are in dispute.

We aim to process refunds as soon as possible, but please allow up to 3 working days for the funds to be returned to your account. If you have any concerns about the status of your refund, please contact us and we will be happy to provide an update.

General FAQ’s

Do you take cash or eftpos on delivery?

For the safety of our delivery driver payment transactions do not happen on delivery. We can take payment details over the phone 09 302 3333 or you can order online and make payment online.

All of our transactions are in NZ dollars. NZD$

Is your online payment system secure?

Our frozen range uses Squarespace Ecommerce website to process your transactions. They use SSL which stands for Secure Sockets Layer, a security protocol that creates an encrypted link between a web server and a web browser. Companies and organizations add SSL certificates to their websites to secure online transactions and keep customer information private and secure.

Our fresh range interfaces with Paymark. They are a leading provider of secure transactions in New Zealand with 75% of the country’s transactions being processed by their network.  Paymark systems go thru rigorous certification and use the latest hardware and software to operate on their network.

Where do you save my credit card information?

Pizza Presto does not store credit card information or have access to online order card details.

What does square space do with my personal information?

Do you sell dough?

Yes, we have some commercial and private customers at present.  If you would like dough for your pizza oven at home or to supply your business call us on 09 302 3333

Where do you get your dough?

Our Dough nuts make our dough in a purpose-built room designed to make dough in it’s optimum environment.

Do you have vegan or dairy free pizza?

Our dough is made in a purpose-built room and we use no animal products to make our dough.  All of our pizza starts life as a vegan product.  We have a couple of flavours that are vegan options on our menu and additions can be made to suit you.  We are always looking to try something new and always on the lookout. Do you use NZ produce?

It is our preference second to quality, we have a goal to use local New Zealand made produce every day for every pizza and our sides.

Do you cater and are you mobile?

Absolutely we cater to any gathering from just you to 1000 of your nearest and dearest.  Our delivery drivers help us get our pizza to you! We also have the ability to cook for you onsite. For any questions or if you would like to enquire about this place call us on 09 302 3333. 

What style of pizza is Pizza Presto?

Our pizza style is Italian using as much local New Zealand produce to bring good quality affordable pizza to everyone.

What is your company name?

Our company name is PP Frozen Limited trading as Pizza Presto

Why don’t you have a Food Grading from Auckland Council?

Because we manufacture frozen pizza and sell them whole. MPI monitor our Food Control Plan and this can be viewed on the MPI website https://mpi.my.salesforce-sites.com/publicregister/PublicRegisterSearch# . We have a verification officer that we work very closely with to maintain a high food manufacturing standard.

Are you New Zealand owned?

100% by one dough maker, owner shareholder.

Are you Italian?

Our family is proudly of Maori (Te Aupouri, Te Rarawa and Ngati Manu and Irish decent. We have received training from some of the best Italian pizza houses in New Zealand and we have a goal to showcase New Zealand pizza. Watch this space for the innovation that is in our future.
